Placing Your Order
The most popular method of ordering is to do it securely through the website checkout by Credit Card or Bank Transfer utilising PAYPAL.
Cuddly Koalas will accept orders over the phone or by email.

Payment
The most popular, secure and quick method of payment on this site is by Credit Card using PayPal or through your PayPal account which you can select at checkout.
Cuddly Koalas also accepts Cheques, Direct Deposits and Money Orders all of which will need to be cleared funds before dispatch of your order. Please email or phone for details.
Exchange, Returns and Refunds
Cuddly Koalas knows that shopping on the internet is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received we will happily exchange or refund the purchase price. Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by Cuddly Koalas. Items need to be returned in original packaging with tags attached, not worn and unwashed.
Cuddly Koalas take great care in packaging your order so that it arrives intact and requests the same care be taken with returns. Cuddly Koalas will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post.
Please notify Cuddly Koalas within 7 days of receipt should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre-approved by Cuddly Koalas. Please discuss the return with us first by phone or email.
Cuddly Koalas reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method.
It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Cuddly Koalas will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee. (Registered Parcel Post)
Monitor Resolution
Every effort is made to correctly represent the colours of the garments and accessories on the website. However colours may differ on individual monitors. If at any time you are unhappy with the colour of a garment ordered please take advantage of our easy returns/exchanges policy.
Clothes & Swimwear
All of our baby & kids clothes and swimwear on this site are new.
When you select items from the Cuddly Koalas website all the clothes and all the sizes are in stock at the time you submit your order. If for some reason an item has become sold out Cuddly Koalas will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible.

We collect only the information we require to fulfill your orders, and we promise never to reveal your private information to any third party for any purpose, unless compelled to do so by a court of law.
